Horimiya
Kyouko Hori is the envy of her peers, celebrated as a brilliant, popular, and stunningly attractive high school senior at Katagiri High. Yet behind her polished reputation, she hides a frantic home life where she acts as a surrogate parent to her younger brother, trading social outings for housework and domestic chores. Her world shifts unexpectedly when her seemingly gloomy, "otaku" classmate Izumi Miyamura appears at her doorstep, unrecognizable with a multitude of piercings and intricate tattoos hidden beneath his long hair. This accidental meeting reveals that neither is who they appear to be, bridging the gap between a secret homebody and a gentle punk who feels like an outsider. As they navigate the delicate balance of their public masks and private truths, Hori and Miyamura find solace in a shared sanctuary where they can finally be themselves. Together, they must decide if they are ready to let their hidden sides come to light or if the comfort of their secret bond is enough to weather the pressures of high school life.
